DELINQUENT STORAGE AUCTION

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16TH 9AM

 BEGINING AT 9AM at  GUARDIAN SELF STORAGE SITES.

THE 2ND DAYS AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22ND AT 9AM

WE WILL BE OFFERING THE CONTENTS OF   STORAGE UNITS AT 6 OF THE GUARDIAN SELF STORAGE SITES.ALL UNITS WILL BE SOLD IN THIER ENTIRITY.

THE AUCTION WILL BEGIN  at 9 AM at the 7452 McKnight Rd site,  then  2839 Liberty Ave. at 10:30,  750 S. Millvale Ave at 11:30, next the 5873 Centre Ave Site at 12:30,  followed by the Old Freeport Rd site at 2PM and finishing at the 350 Old Haymaker Rd site in Monroeville at 3PM

ALL units sell in their entirity. TERMS of sale are CASH only, no exceptions.

A $50 cash deposit will be required on all units purchased. This deposit will be returned when the unit is completely cleaned out.
