DELINQUENT STORAGE AUCTION

FRIDAY OCTOBER 22ND

THE FIRST AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16TH

 BEGINING 9AM   GUARDIAN SELF STORAGE SITES.

WE WILL BE OFFERING THE CONTENTS OF  STORAGE UNITS AT 4 OF THE GUARDIAN SELF STORAGE SITES.ALL UNITS WILL BE SOLD IN THIER ENTIRITY.

THE AUCTION WILL BEGIN   9AM at the Jefferson Ave Washington, Pa site, then to the Bridgeville site at 10:30 AM, 1002 E. Waterfront Dr at 12 Noon and finishing at 2PM at the 1300 Lebanon Chirch Rd site.

ALL units sell in their entirity. TERMS of sale are CASH only, no exceptions.

A $50 cash deposit will be required on all units purchased. This deposit will be returned when the unit is completely cleaned out.
